Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune for the role of Guest Relationship Executive. The Guest Relationship Executive will be responsible for welcoming guests, addressing visitor inquiries, coordinating with the sales and operations teams, and ensuring exceptional guest service. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with clients, understanding their requirements, assisting in property visits, and maintaining professional communication to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
- Ability to effectively resolve queries and provide professional service
- Organizational and multitasking skills to manage appointments and coordinate property visits
- Basic knowledge of the real estate industry or willingness to learn
- Proficiency in using office applications and comfortable with basic administrative tasks
- Fluency in English and local languages is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or a related field is advantageous
