Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Guest Relations Supervisor located in Kumbhalgarh. The Guest Relations Supervisor will ensure exceptional guest experiences by managing guest services, addressing inquiries, and resolving any concerns. Responsibilities include overseeing reservations, coordinating with the front office, and maintaining high standards of customer service. The role involves supervising the guest relations team and ensuring all operations align with the company's service standards.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Guest Relations and Customer Service to enhance guest satisfaction and handle inquiries effectively
- Strong Communication skills for interacting with guests and team members professionally
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to maintain high-quality service standards
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills in a hospitality environment
- A diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in a similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry is an advantage
