Job Description

Job Summary

The Guest Relations Executive (GRE) will be responsible for creating a warm, professional, and premium customer experience for all walk-in clients and visitors at the BPTP Sales Gallery. The role involves guest handling, front office management, hospitality coordination, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at the gallery.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Handling & Hospitality

  • Welcome and greet all visitors, customers, and channel partners in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Ensure seamless guest experience and maintain hospitality standards at the sales gallery.
  • Coordinate refreshments and lounge hospitality for clients and VIP visitors.
  • Maintain visitor records and customer footfall data.

Front Office & Reception Management

  • Manage front desk operations efficiently.
  • Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and direct visitors appropriately.
  • Ensure proper meeting room coordination and scheduling.
  • Maintain cleanliness, ambiance, and presentation standards of the reception and waiting areas.

Coordination & Support

  • Coordinate with the sales team for customer appointments and visit management.
  • Support during events, launches, site visits, and promotional activities at the gallery.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, pantry, and facility staff to ensure smooth operations.

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Maintain daily reports related to visitors and hospitality.
  • Ensure availability of hospitality and office supplies.
  • Assist in maintaining SOPs and service standards at the sales gallery.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Diploma/Certification in Hospitality, Front Office, or Customer Service preferred.

Experience

  • 1–5 years of experience in Front Office, Airlines/Aviation, Hospitality, Customer Relations or Guest Handling.
  • Experience in real estate sales galleries, Flight/cabin crew, hotels, clubs, or premium customer-facing environments preferred.
