IMAMOM is a parenting-focused startup created to make outings easier and more comfortable for families with babies. We launched India's first dedicated Baby Café & Lounge at HILITE Mall Calicut, offering safe baby food, hygienic diaper changing stations, and comfortable feeding spaces for parents and little ones.

Over the past four years, IMAMOM has grown into a trusted parenting ecosystem that also supports families through workshops, lactation counselling, early nutrition guidance, and curated baby products. Through our sub-brand Tender Nutrition, we have also expanded into baby food production.

Role Description

The Guest Relations & Sales Executive will play a key role in ensuring seamless customer experiences at IMAMOM Baby Cafe, Kozhikode.

This full-time, on-site role in involves greeting and assisting guests, managing client interactions, creating strong community relationships, and promoting IMAMOM's curated products and services. Primary responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, providing product recommendations, handling sales transactions, and supporting community engagement events to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal communication, active listening, and customer service skills
• Experience in sales, client management, and relationship-building
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with sales software or CRM tools is an advantage
• Prior experience in hospitality, retail, or family-focused industries is preferred
• Fluency in English and Malayalam is required; additional languages are a plus
• Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field
• Enthusiasm for connecting with families and understanding modern parenting needs
