Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Relations Officer at Shangri-La Eros New Delhi, located in Delhi, India. The Guest Relations Officer will be responsible for welcoming and assisting guests to ensure exceptional experiences throughout their stay. Daily responsibilities include addressing guest inquiries, resolving complaints professionally, coordinating with other departments to fulfill requests, and managing reception tasks. The role requires delivering outstanding customer service to exceed expectations and foster guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Guest Relations and maintaining high levels of Customer Satisfaction
- Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to anticipate guest needs
- Excellent Communication skills for engaging effectively with diverse guests
- Experience in Receptionist Duties, including handling check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
- Ability to handle challenges calmly and resolve complaints professionally
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in luxury hotels, is an advantage
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are preferred
- A diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is desirable
