- Previous work experience as a Host / Hostess, Guest Relation Officer.
- Welcome guests/clients to the venue. Greet customers upon their departure.
- Cater to guests who require extra attention (e.g. children, elderly).
- Demonstrable customer-service skills.
- Excellent communication skills (via phone and in-person).
- Manage office supplies & equipment, including indenting of stationary, storing & distributing office supplies.
- Plan & Coordinate events, meetings & conferences within the site, if need be.
- Maintain a strict dairy of visitors and keep a tab of ongoing activities at site office and report.
- Maintain the upkeep and manage the house keeping of the Experience Centre to perfection.
- Willingness and flexibility to work on weekends and holidays, if need be.
- Maintain a cordial decorum and relationship with existing clients who revisit the site to see the constructions developments.
Administrator Requirements:
- Minimum Graduation in any discipline.
- Additional education, certifications, or experience is advantageous.
- Good/Smart looking with excellent interpersonal skills and excellent professional etiquettes.
- Quick Learner and willingness to adapt to the luxury business of real estate.
- At least 5 years of experience in administrative services or related fields.
- Familiarity with office technology/ Microsoft Office & equipment, including computers, fax machines, scanners, printers, phone systems, etc.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive, organized approach to multitasking.
- Availability to work in shifts as needed.
- Proficiency in English, Telugu and Hindi.
- Professional appearance, courteous manner, and clear, friendly phone voice.
- Positive, Punctual and a go to attitude.
