This is a full-time, on-site Guest Relations Manager role based in Noida. The Guest Relations Manager will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional customer experience by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include managing guest interactions efficiently, leading customer service initiatives, and overseeing the training of staff to deliver outstanding service. This role demands professionalism, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to exceeding client expectations.

• Proficiency in Guest Relations and Customer Service to deliver an excellent experience to clients
• Strong Communication and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Experience in Training team members to maintain consistent service quality
• Ability to manage guest experiences with professionalism and prompt responsiveness
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer concerns effectively
• Previous experience in a customer-facing or hospitality-related role is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
