About the Role

As Guest Relations Manager, you will lead our front desk team, creating meaningful connections and enhancing every touchpoint of the guest journey. You will be the face of our brand, ensuring guests feel welcomed, heard, and valued.

Oversee daily guest interactions across the front desk and dining areas

Handle feedback, reviews, and complaints with empathy and effectiveness

Collaborate with leadership to elevate guest satisfaction scores

Build personal relationships with VIP and repeat guests

Be visible, proactive leader

Maintain high service standards, team morale, and brand integrity

What We're Looking For

4-5 years of experience in guest relations, hospitality, or front-of-house operations

A confident, calm, and well-groomed individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills

A warm personality with a natural flair for hospitality

Strong conflict resolution, problem-solving, and team leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent

Experience in premium hospitality environments, hotels, or upscale restaurants will be an added advantage.

Ability to multitask and manage service excellence under pressure

Knowledge of food and beverage operations, excellent understanding of guest relations and event management.
