Job Description Summary

We are seeking a hospitality professional with a strong hotel and event management background to ensure a seamless employee and guest experience. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing end-to-end events, from planning and coordination to execution and post-event follow-up, while delivering exceptional guest service.

About the role:

  • Ensure a smooth and seamless employee and guest experience by communicating warmly, clearly, and effectively with employees, guests, hosts, vendors, and stakeholders to fulfill requests efficiently.
  • Consistently deliver professional, friendly, and welcoming interactions at all times.
  • Manage end-to-end event coordination including planning, scheduling, vendor liaison, logistics management, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up.
  • Schedule, organize, and oversee meeting room reservations, event setups, catering arrangements, and special requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of event services.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of corporate events, conferences, town halls, and ad hoc hospitality requests.
  • Answer and screen all incoming internal calls, address inquiries when appropriate, redirect calls as needed, and take detailed messages when required.
  • Greet, assist, and direct visitors, vendors, and the general public with a professional, courteous, and respectful demeanor at all times.
  • Monitor event standards to ensure high-quality service delivery aligned with hospitality best practices.

About You

  • Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in hotel/hospitality with strong exposure to event management.
  • Proven experience managing events end-to-end is mandatory.
  • Experience in corporate events, conferences, or large-scale hospitality operations preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a pleasant and professional phone presence.
