This is a full-time, on-site role for a Guest Relations Executive at YAVIS Restaurant in Rourkela. The Guest Relations Executive will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service by welcoming guests warmly and addressing their queries and needs professionally. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing reservations, coordinating with the service team, promoting restaurant services, and handling reception duties such as answering calls and managing guest feedback.

• Guest Relations and Customer Service skills to provide excellent experiences and build strong guest relationships
• Strong written and verbal Communication skills to interact professionally with guests and team members
• Sales-related skills to actively promote restaurant services and upsell menu items when required
• Proficiency in performing Receptionist Duties such as managing reservations, phone inquiries, and guest interactions
• A proactive approach, positive attitude, and ability to handle tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality-related certifications
