Job Description:

What You will do:

• Greet and attend walk-in customers and visitors with a pleasant and professional approach.
• Provide basic information about the project and assist with site visit arrangements.
• Manage front desk operations, including calls, emails, and visitor logs.
• Maintain inventory, track office supplies, and monitor office expenses.
• Support the sales team in documentation and client servicing.
• Ensure a welcoming and professional environment at the sales office.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any stream
• 3+years of front desk/guestrelations/customer service experience.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
• Smart, confident, dynamic, and soft-spoken personality with a customer-oriented approach.
• Basic knowledge of front office operations and proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to maintain inventory and monitor office expenses.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and professional demeanor.
