At SAPA Bakery, hospitality begins the moment a guest connects with us whether it's through a call, a message, or in person. We are looking for a Guest Relation Executive who can be the warm voice and friendly face of our brand, ensuring every guest feels cared for.

Role: Guest Relation Executive

Location: Mysuru

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Handle inbound calls, WhatsApp messages, and guest inquiries with professionalism and warmth.
  2. Provide accurate information regarding products, orders, store timings, and services.
  3. Coordinate with operations, kitchen, delivery partners, and store teams to ensure smooth guest interactions.
  4. Address feedback, complaints, or special requests with patience and empathy.
  5. Uphold the brand's hospitality standard by delivering a memorable guest experience at every touchpoint.

Requirements:

  1. Strong English communication skills both written and oral.
  2. Pleasant and approachable personality with a friendly attitude.
  3. Good listening skills and high levels of patience when addressing guest concerns.
  4. Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, front office, or guest relations preferred.
  5. Basic computer & phone handling skills (calls, emails, WhatsApp response).
