Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls, WhatsApp messages, and guest inquiries with professionalism and warmth.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, orders, store timings, and services.
- Coordinate with operations, kitchen, delivery partners, and store teams to ensure smooth guest interactions.
- Address feedback, complaints, or special requests with patience and empathy.
- Uphold the brand's hospitality standard by delivering a memorable guest experience at every touchpoint.
Requirements:
- Strong English communication skills both written and oral.
- Pleasant and approachable personality with a friendly attitude.
- Good listening skills and high levels of patience when addressing guest concerns.
- Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, front office, or guest relations preferred.
- Basic computer & phone handling skills (calls, emails, WhatsApp response).
