Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Guest Relations Executive/Receptionist located in Bengaluru. The Guest Relations Executive/Receptionist will be responsible for warmly welcoming and assisting clients, managing front desk activities, coordinating appointments, and addressing customer inquiries. The role also involves providing excellent customer service, supporting sales efforts, and ensuring seamless communication between departments to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Guest Relations and Customer Service skills, with a focus on creating positive client interactions
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and team members
• Proficiency in Receptionist Duties, including scheduling, managing incoming calls, and maintaining a well-organized front desk
• Basic understanding of Sales techniques to assist in supporting sales and lead generation activities
• Professional demeanor, organizational skills, and a friendly attitude
• Proficiency in relevant software tools such as Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
• Previous experience in guest relations or receptionist roles is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field is advantageous
