Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kolkata for a Guest Relations Executive. The Guest Relations Executive will be responsible for managing customer interactions, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and addressing inquiries. The role also involves assisting with receptionist duties and supporting sales initiatives to create a seamless experience for clients and visitors.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Guest Relations and Customer Service to deliver high-quality client interaction and support
- Strong Communication skills to effectively address client needs and manage inquiries
- Experience in Sales to assist with client engagement and promotional activities
- Capability to handle Receptionist Duties, such as managing communication channels and visitor coordination
- Professional demeanor, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Previous real estate or property management experience is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
