Guest Relations Executive

• Designation: Guest Relations Executive
• Experience: 2+ years in Real Estate / Hospitality

Responsibilities

• Handle the walk-in clients and guests at the project site and guide them to the concerned person
• Respond to clients - visitors on time and provide complete and correct information either in writing or in person as requested
• Ensure the clients are attended on time regarding the project details
• Maintain client updates on enquiries made
• Maintain database and MIS
• Maintain the stock of pantry and stationery
• Basic housekeeping / admin responsibilities
• Answer all incoming calls politely and redirect them to the appropriate department and take down messages
• Accept all Couriers, Letters, Register AD and packages, and distribute them to their appropriate departments
• Ensure front desk, meeting rooms and conference rooms are neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies such as pens, forms, and paper
• Manage workspace furnishings, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, lift etc. Having their updated list for easy references
• Assist to organize events/functions/celebrations at Site Office

What are we looking for

• Excellent written & verbal skills (English is must)
• Computer knowledge is must
• Knowledge of Word, Excel & PowerPoint
