Job Summary:

The Guest Relations Executive in a jewellery showroom plays a vital role in ensuring every customer's luxurious and personalised shopping experience. This role involves greeting and assisting customers, managing their inquiries, and providing detailed information. The Guest Relations Executive acts as the face of the showroom, delivering exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Greeting: Welcome customers as they enter the showroom, ensuring a warm and professional first impression.
  • Personalized Service: Offer personalised service to clients, understanding their needs and preferences to suggest suitable products.
  • VIP Clientele Management: Provide special attention to VIP customers, ensuring they receive a premium shopping experience tailored to their preferences.
  • Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to facilitate the sales process, ensuring smooth transactions and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Feedback: Collect and analyse customer feedback, reporting management insights to improve service quality.
  • Promotions and Events: Assist in organising in-store events, promotions, and special exhibitions, ensuring a seamless experience for attendees.
  • Store Presentation: Assist in maintaining the showroom's appearance, ensuring that products are presented best.
  • Administrative Duties: Manage customer records, appointment schedules, and other administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications:

       Education:

A degree in a related field is preferred.

       Experience:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a guest relations executive role, preferably in luxury retail or jewellery sales.

       Skills:

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 Problem-solving abilities and conflict-resolution skills.

 Proficiency in using Excel and other customer management tools.

       Personal Attributes:

 Professional appearance and demeanour.

Patience, empathy, and a strong customer-focused attitude.

 Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced, luxury retail environment.

Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and during special events.

Working Conditions:

  • Work primarily in a luxury jewellery showroom environment.
  • Require standing for extended periods.
