Join our growing team where you will serve as the first point of contact for our international guests. This role requires a customer-focused professional with excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal), a strong attention to detail, and a natural flair for sales.
We are seeking candidates who are available to join immediately and are currently based in the Delhi NCR region. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram, so please apply only if you are comfortable with daily commuting to the office.
Experience Required: 1-2 years
Key Responsibilities
· Respond to booking enquiries from guests in a prompt, professional, and friendly manner
· Understand guest needs and provide accurate, tailored solutions
· Share detailed information on availability, accommodation types, locations, and services
· Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through clear and effective communication
· Handle guest escalations and complaints with empathy, professionalism, and a solution-oriented approach
· Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to drive sales and ensure seamless operations
What We are looking for:
· Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
· Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities
· A proactive mindset with a flair for sales
· Good computer skills with the ability to multitask across systems
· Interest in the travel & hospitality industry
· Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
· Degree in Tourism / Public Relations (preferred)
