Guest Relations Executive (GRE)

Location: QHT Clinic, Chandra Rekha Tower , Haridwar

Experience: 1–3 years preferred

Industry: Hospitality / Healthcare / Hotels / Premium Service

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients and visitors with a professional and courteous approach.
• Manage patient/guest queries and ensure a smooth overall experience.
• Coordinate with reception, clinical, housekeeping, and other departments.
• Handle guest concerns and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain high standards of service, grooming, communication, and hospitality.
• Ensure proper coordination for VIP/premium patients and visitors.
• Maintain guest feedback and service records.
  
  

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline; hospitality background preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional grooming and customer-service orientation.
• Prior experience in hotels, hospitals, clinics, or premium hospitality will be an advantage.
