We are looking for a dynamic Guest Relations Executive with minimum 2 years of relevant experience to manage guest interactions and ensure a high standard of service and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests, visitors, and dignitaries in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage front desk operations and visitor coordination
- Handle guest queries, requests, and concerns efficiently
- Coordinate with internal departments for guest arrangements and logistics
- Maintain visitor records and ensure compliance with organizational protocols
- Assist in organizing meetings, events, and guest visits
- Ensure a pleasant and seamless guest experience at all times
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Presentable personality with professional etiquette
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic systems
- Fluency in English and Hindi (additional languages preferred)
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Guest Relations / Front Office / Hospitality / Customer Service
- Graduate in any discipline
