Job Title: Guest Relations Executive

Location: Fitclub - Sushant Lok Gurgaon

Job Summary:

Fitclub is looking for a well-presented and customer-focused Guest Relations Executive to ensure an exceptional experience for all members and visitors. The ideal candidate will be the face of the club, responsible for handling front desk operations, addressing member queries, and maintaining a welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist members and walk-in guests in a professional and friendly manner
• Handle front desk operations including check-ins, calls, and inquiries
• Ensure smooth coordination between members and internal teams (trainers, sales, management)
• Address and resolve member concerns promptly and effectively
• Maintain accurate records of member interactions and feedback
• Support membership sales team by sharing basic plan details and generating leads
• Ensure the reception and waiting area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
• Manage appointments, schedules, and follow-ups when required

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in guest relations, front office, or customer service (hospitality/fitness industry preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Presentable personality with a positive attitude
• Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems preferred)
