Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Guest Relations Executive at our site office in Airoli Navi Mumbai. Responsibilities include managing guest interactions, addressing inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Guest Relations Executive will oversee front desk operations, provide exceptional service, and support sales efforts by fostering strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Guest Relations and Customer Service
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Experience with Receptionist Duties, including managing front desk operations
• Basic knowledge of Sales and ability to contribute to client engagement efforts
• Professional demeanor, problem-solving abilities, and a client-first mindset
• Proficiency in spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality, business, or related field (preferred)
