This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kollam, Kerala, for a Guest Relations Executive at Lake n River Resort Munroe Island. The Guest Relations Executive will be responsible for welcoming guests, ensuring exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and needs, managing reservations, and supporting reception activities. They will also assist with sales and promote the resort's offerings to enhance guest satisfaction and engagement.

• Strong Guest Relations and Customer Service skills to ensure positive guest experiences
• Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
• Proficiency in performing Receptionist Duties such as managing reservations and maintaining a welcoming front desk
• Basic Sales skills to promote resort services and packages
• Professional demeanor, problem-solving abilities, and a focus on hospitality
• Knowledge of the hospitality industry and local area is a plus
• Proficiency in commonly used computer systems and reservation software is advantageous
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet the operational needs of the resort
