Role Description

The Guest Relations Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role involves warmly welcoming guests, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a seamless visitor experience. Day-to-day tasks include managing customer service interactions, enhancing guest satisfaction, and supporting front desk or reception operations. Coordinating with internal teams and contributing to sales opportunities when necessary are also integral to the role.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Guest Relations, ensuring positive and welcoming guest experiences
  • Exceptional Communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse individuals
  • Proficiency in Customer Service and a commitment to resolving inquiries and concerns promptly
  • Experience in Sales and the ability to identify and assist with business opportunities
  • Familiarity with Receptionist Duties including call handling, appointment scheduling, and visitor management
  • High level of adaptability, a friendly demeanor, and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant diploma in hospitality, customer service, or another related discipline is an advantage
