Role Description

The Guest Relations Associate will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional guest experience by handling guest inquiries, managing reservations, and addressing customer service concerns. Daily tasks include coordinating with guests to provide seamless support, maintaining guest satisfaction, and ensuring a warm and welcoming environment. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Coimbatore South.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Guest Services and Guest Service operations to provide high-quality guest experiences.
  • Proficiency in Customer Service and Reservations for effective management of bookings and resolving guest inquiries efficiently.
  • Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear and professional interactions with guests and team members.
  • Additional qualifications such as prior experience in hospitality, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail are highly regarded.
