Location:Saligao,Goa

Compensation:50,00070,000 per month (depending on experience)

Guest Relations (frontfacing)

  • Be the primary point of contact for guests from enquiry to postcheckout: calls, WhatsApp and email
  • Handle reservations: share options, block calendars, confirm bookings, coordinate payments and basic documentation.
  • Coordinate smooth checkins and checkouts with caretakers/drivers; share directions, house rules and local tips.
  • Proactively check in with guests during the stay, resolve issues quickly and turn complaints into wow moments.
  • Maintain high ratings on OTAs and review platforms by encouraging reviews and responding thoughtfully to feedback.

Villa Operations

  • Ensure all assigned villas areguestready: cleanliness, inventory, amenities, basic maintenance, safety checks.
  • Create and enforce SOPs with caretakers, housekeeping and onground vendors (pool, gardening, pest control etc.).
  • Conduct regular property audits and share reports with management (defects, capex needs, guest feedback themes).
  • Coordinate and find vendors for chefs, transport vendors and other partners for addon services, ensuring quality and punctuality.
  • Track and resolve operational incidents: breakdowns, emergencies, overbookings, lastminute changes.

Commercial and Coordination

  • Work with founders on pricing inputs, minimumnight rules and basic revenue management for each villa.
  • Maintain booking, payout and expense trackers for operations; share weekly summaries and key issues.
  • Support owner relations: periodic updates to homeowners, addressing their concerns, organising property visits.
  • Liaise with marketing / social media for content needs (special experiences, shoot coordination, new villa launches).

Early stage flexibility

  • Be willing to pitch in beyond the pure job description:
  • Help with hiring & training of caretakers or juniors.
  • Assist with documentation, simple contracts, or vendor onboarding.
  • Join property recce trips, photoshoots, or founder meetings when needed.

This is abuilder role the person will help set up systems, not just follow them
