We are looking for skilled and passionate individuals who can support a hospitality project requirements of the company.

Responsibilities Including but not limited to:

Be thoroughly conversant with the project domain and subject

Ensure visitors are properly greeted upon their arrival

Communicate and explain specific topics related to the project domain and subject

Demonstrate props, material, collaterals and other material to visitors

Guide visitors around and explain various displays and exhibits

Prepare daily reports

Write and respond to project related emails

Prepare documents, reports and other materials for submission to clients

Attend area seminars and other meetings as necessary

Visit various locations and offices as per project requirements

Must be confident and articulate with exceptional interpersonal, presentation, analytical and communication skills in English and Hindi.

Exceptional outreach, organisational, social and relationship management skills.

A passion and penchant for storytelling, creativity and working ideas into conversations

Willing to meet new people

Outstanding problem-solving skills with an ability to handle issues and situations

Proficient in using the internet, email software and tools like MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Able to work well in teams

Required Experience and Qualifications

Experience in hospitality industry with a minimum of 3 years of experience.

Graduate/ Post Graduate from any recognized University

Professional certification in hospitality or hotel management would be an added advantage
