Job Description
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage and resolve guest inquiries promptly
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service

- Keep track of guest feedback and reviews
- Assist in the planning and execution of guest activities and events

- 0-5 years of experience in a customer service or hospitality role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus

- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
