Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provide upscale guest service experiences throughout their stay.
  • Greet clients warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures.
  • Monitor daily bookings and ensure assigned rooms are prepared prior to check-in.
  • Coordinate luggage collection, storage, and delivery.
  • Handle financial transactions and reservations accurately.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests, including in-room dining and special services.
  • Actively listen to and resolve guest complaints to ensure a positive experience.
  • Provide personalized services to special guests, including elderly, children, disabled, and VIPs.
  • Communicate effectively between guests and staff and ensure follow-up on concerns.
  • Inform guests of hotel services, amenities, and programs, promoting all conveniences offered.
