We are looking for a Guest Relation Executive for a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The Guest Relation Executive will serve as the first point of contact for guests and clients, ensuring a warm welcome and an exceptional customer experience at all times.

Key responsibilities include handling guest inquiries, providing accurate information and support, maintaining professional and friendly communication, and managing front-desk/reception duties efficiently. The role also involves customer engagement and sales-related interactions, guiding guests through services and offerings while building strong relationships.

• Must be fluent in Kannada and English
• Strong client-handling and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in computer systems and basic office applications
• Excellent guest relations skills with a professional and courteous approach
• Exceptional communication and customer service abilities
• Experience in sales and the ability to guide customers on products and services
• Sound knowledge of receptionist/front-office duties and handling inquiries
• Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm in challenging situations
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Hospitality, Business, or a related field (preferred)
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
