Job Overview:
The Guest Relation Executive will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest service at the Front Office. The role involves greeting guests, managing check-in/check-out, addressing queries, and ensuring a smooth and memorable stay experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests and handle check-in/check-out procedures.
Manage guest requests, complaints, and feedback efficiently.
Coordinate with Housekeeping, Concierge, and F&B teams for seamless service.
Maintain guest records, billing, and documentation.
Ensure lobby decorum and adherence to ITC service standards.
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality.
02 years of experience (freshers may apply).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Smart grooming, professional etiquette, and willingness to work in shifts.
Knowledge of PMS (Opera/IDS) preferred.
