Job Description

Job Summary:

The Guest Relations Executive (GRE) serves as the first point of contact for patients and visitors.

The role involves ensuring a smooth, pleasant, and supportive experience for all guests by

providing professional assistance, guidance, and information during their hospital visit or stay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients, attendants, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Coordinate patient admissions, discharges, and transfers in collaboration with nursing and billing departments.
  • Handle patient queries, complaints, and feedback efficiently and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Provide information regarding hospital facilities, consultants, and services.
  • Assist international and VIP patients with personalized care and coordination.
  • Maintain daily patient interaction reports and update management on key concerns or feedback.
  • Support billing and documentation processes as needed.
  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other hospital departments to ensure patient satisfaction.
  • Ensure waiting areas and front desk zones are organized and welcoming.
  • Handle phone calls, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups with empathy and accuracy.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Graduate in Hospitality, Healthcare Administration, or any related field.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patient handling and conflict resolution.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Hospital Information System).
  • Fluency in English and local languages preferred.
  • Pleasing personality with a service-oriented attitude.
