Job Aim:
Manage the client's Wellness initiatives like Employee Assistance Program, Livewell and similar initiatives focusing on improving employee health & fitness. Drive new initiatives towards employee wellbeing and be the single point of contact for all employees physical, emotional, social and mental well being.
Responsibilities
- Plan & organize offline/online engagement activities on the various wellness initiatives of the client
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders including but not limited to POCs from the Client, Vendors, Facility Operations, Customer Relationship Management, Marketing & Communications in facilitating training sessions/awareness kiosks/workshops/bay walks, both online & offline, around employee health & fitness under different wellness initiatives
- Work on improving the awareness levels of wellness initiatives among employees and achieve the set utilization percentages
- Evaluation of the vendors providing service(s) for wellness initiatives and preparing of Scope of Work
- Maintaining a track of activities under wellness initiatives and sharing of reports in the required format(s) within agreed turnaround times
- Monitor and measure vendor performance on a regular basis and conduct troubleshooting activities, if required
- Be the Go to person for all employees physical and mental wellbeing. Be the first point of contact if employees wish to reach out for any assistance and guidance.
- Create health benchmarks and metrics to measure employee wellbeing, track and report consistent improvement
- Coordinate the Health Risk Assessment (HRA), encourage larger participation and identify actions based on the results and track progress
- Work with Health Ambassadors to ensure employees returning to office are made comfortable and feel safe
- Coordinate the various activities at the site like RTPCR / RAT testing, vaccination drives and any others that may be set up
- Work with cafeteria vendors to put together healthy and nutritious meals for the employees
- Understand the Workplace Culture and Environment and suggest changes to ensure enhanced physical and mental wellbeing
- Enhances the Environment, Health & Safety function reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to task accomplishments
