Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Guest Relation Executive. The Guest Relation Executive will be responsible for handling guest relations, managing reception duties, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include greeting and assisting guests, managing reservations, handling inquiries, and resolving any guest issues. The role will also involve supporting sales efforts by providing information on services and promotional offers.

  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Experience in Receptionist Duties
  • Sales support skills
  • Professional demeanor with a focus on guest satisfaction
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
  • A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
