Role Overview

The Guest Experience Officer (GEO) plays a critical role in delivering exceptional guest experiences at restaurant outlets. This position combines hospitality, communication, and brand representation, making it ideal for students passionate about people interaction and service excellence. GEOs work closely with on-ground teams to engage guests, communicate brand stories, support operational flow, and contribute to a welcoming and memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and engage guests to ensure a warm, seamless, and personalized experience

Interact with guests to understand preferences and collect feedback

Communicate menu highlights, promotions, events, and brand culture

Coordinate with restaurant teams to support smooth guest flow and operations

Build guest relationships and foster a sense of community within the outlet

Support digital and social initiatives by capturing guest moments and experiences

Address guest queries and escalate concerns appropriately

Contribute to local brand-building and in-outlet marketing activities

Skills & Competencies Required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Good command of spoken English (regional languages are an advantage)

Guest-focused, confident, and energetic personality

Interest in hospitality, food, and service excellence

Ability to multitask and remain composed in a dynamic environment

Creative mindset with an inclination toward storytelling and engagement

Professional attitude and willingness to learn

Eligibility Criteria

Final-year students pursuing Hospitality or related programs

Recent graduates interested in hospitality, guest relations, or brand roles

Students open to learning, customer interaction, and operational exposure

Role Benefits & Work Details

  • Shift Duration: 9 hours
  • Shift Timings: 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM
  • Weekly Off: Fixed or rotational, as per business requirements
  • Internal Job Progression (IJP): Eligibility after approximately 1 year

  • Training: Structured training provided
