Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Guest Experience Expert role located in Chandigarh. The Guest Experience Expert will serve as the key contact for guests, ensuring their check-in and check-out processes are seamless. Responsibilities include addressing guest inquiries, providing personalized service, coordinating with other departments, and resolving guest issues promptly. The role focuses on delivering a welcoming, memorable, and positive experience for every guest throughout their stay.
