Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Guest Experience Expert role located in Chandigarh. The Guest Experience Expert will serve as the key contact for guests, ensuring their check-in and check-out processes are seamless. Responsibilities include addressing guest inquiries, providing personalized service, coordinating with other departments, and resolving guest issues promptly. The role focuses on delivering a welcoming, memorable, and positive experience for every guest throughout their stay.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills, including guest engagement and active listening
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Organizational and multitasking skills for managing guest requests efficiently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• An understanding of hospitality technology systems is a plus
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous
• Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team environment
• Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
