Guest Experience Executive:

1-2 years of relevant experience in guest relations, guest experience, hospitality, luxury hospitality, resort operations, or a similar customer-facing role.

Candidates with relevant experience in hotels, resorts, clubs, restaurants, or premium service environments will be preferred.

Compensation: 22,000 - 25,000 per month, Accomodation provided

Shifts: Rotational

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome guests warmly and ensure a smooth and personalized arrival experience.

Act as a key point of contact for guests throughout their stay.

Understand guest requirements, preferences, and expectations and ensure timely assistance.

Handle guest queries, requests, feedback, and concerns professionally.

Ensure VIP, repeat, and special-occasion guests receive appropriate attention and personalized service.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate should be:

Smart, presentable, and well-spoken.

Confident and comfortable interacting in English with guests.

Polite, courteous, and naturally hospitable.

Passionate about hospitality and delivering excellent guest experiences.
