As the face of AnandaVana, you'll be the heartbeat of the guest journey. Your day might start with a crisp morning check-in and end with sharing stories by a riverside bonfire.
Responsibilities
- The Art of the Welcome/Guest Relations: Managing the Front Office, handling seamless check-ins/check-outs, and overseeing all guest reservations.
- Bespoke Hosting: Anticipating guest needs and curating personalized experiences (jungle treks, private dinners, or quiet nature walks).
- Community Building: Fostering a warm, engagement-driven environment where guests feel like part of the AnandaVana family.
- Digital Storytelling: Capturing the magic of the resort for our social media community.
- Event Management / curating experiences: Managing guest experiences and curating specialized experiences as per packages and guest requests for special occasions.
Requirements
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or a related field.
- You have 1-3 years of experience in guest relations at boutique hotels.
- You are highly organized but can pivot gracefully when plans change.
- You have a genuine passion for sustainability, travel, and the great outdoors.
- You are resourceful and creative in handling experiences.
- Bonus: You have a creative eye for content creation.
