Responsibilities:
GTM Systems & Funnel Architecture
- Design, build, and optimize the AI driven infrastructure go-to-market engine across tools like Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach, product analytics, and enrichment platforms
- Connect campaign engagement, and CRM signals into unified workflows that improve targeting and conversion
Campaigns & Cadence Engineering
- Build and iterate on multi-channel outbound and inbound cadences across email, LinkedIn, and other channels using Outreach and marketing automation platforms
- Develop intelligent sequencing systems that adapt messaging based on persona, behavior, and intent signals
AI-Driven Growth Automation
- Develop and deploy AI agents to automate marketing and sales workflows, from lead research to campaign execution
- Rapidly experiment with new AI tools, LLMs, and orchestration frameworks to improve speed and effectiveness of GTM activities
- Hyper-Personalization: Delivering customized content and experiences at scale through machine learning algorithms
- Strategic Automation: Implementing AI agents for content creation, email management, and SEO
Product Marketing Acceleration
- Partner closely with Product Marketing to translate messaging and positioning into scalable campaign execution
- Build systems that turn content, insights, and product signals into high-performing programs
Data & Insights
- Create feedback loops between campaigns, product usage, and pipeline performance
- Surface actionable insights on what's working, where friction exists, and how to improve conversion across the funnel
Cross-Functional Enablement
- Work across Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to eliminate manual processes and improve team efficiency
- Build internal tools and automations that enable teams to execute faster and with better precision
Position Requirements:
Requirements:
- 3-6 years in a technical GTM, Growth, Marketing Ops, SDR or similar role in B2B SaaS
- Solid understanding of B2B marketing and sales funnels
- Experience working closely with Product Marketing or demand generation teams
- Experience building or optimizing cadences, campaigns, or outbound workflows
- Comfortable navigating GTM stacks: Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach, enrichment tools, analytics platforms
- Results-driven with a strong focus on impact and execution
- Creative thinker who can translate ideas into working systems
- Strong problem solver who can connect technical solutions to business outcomes
