GTM Manager

We are hiring for a General Insurance Firm.

Role: Product GTM / Go-to-Market Retail Insurance

Division: Distribution & Marketing

Location: Mumbai

Role Summary:

Own the go-to-market strategy and launch of retail insurance products. The role will work closely with Product, Marketing, Pricing, Underwriting and Sales teams to ensure products are launched successfully and perform well across different sales channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan how each retail insurance product will be taken to market and which channels to focus on.
• Set sales, activation, conversion and revenue targets for each product/channel.
• Own product launches from planning and preparation to execution and post-launch review.
• Create simple sales playbooks, customer journeys, FAQs, sales material and training inputs.
• Support onboarding of partners, agents and sales teams and help them become productive quickly.
• Track product performance and use data to identify areas for improvement.
• Collect feedback from sales teams and partners and use it to improve the product and GTM strategy.
• Conduct regular performance reviews with Product, Marketing, Pricing and Distribution teams.
• Prepare presentations and updates for senior management and drive decisions based on insights.

Candidate Profile:

• 3–7 years of experience in GTM, Strategy, Product, Consulting or a startup environment.
• Experience in product launches, sales/channel strategy or business strategy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work with multiple teams and influence stakeholders.
• Comfortable using AI tools and data for analysis and day-to-day work.
• Insurance/retail insurance experience would be an advantage.
