GTM Generalist (Internship / Contract → Full-Time)
Entry-level role at Metaflow AI for someone who wants to do GTM, agentic solution engineering, and customer success at the same time. Starts as an internship or contract with a clear path to full-time based on output.
What you'll do
- Run inbound and outbound: qualify leads, prospect growth/marketing ops teams, take deals from first touch to close.
- Act as an AI solution engineer in sales cycles — scope use cases, demo live, build POCs in our no-code agent builder.
- Forward-deploy with new customers: build their first agents with them, set up evals, debug edge cases, ship workflows that work in production.
- Turn repeated patterns into templates, playbooks, and enablement content so customers ramp faster.
- Feed product the friction, gaps, and eval failures you see in the field.
Who you are
- You can move between a sales call, a scoping doc, and the agent builder in the same day.
- Working grasp of LLMs, prompting, agent design, and evals. Side projects count.
- Sharp writing. Clear thinking. Bias to ship.
- Curiosity about marketing and growth ops.
- Any degree. SaaS/AI exposure is a plus, not required
Full-time, on-site in Chennai. Internship or contract to start; convert based on what you build.
