The Role
As a GTM Engineer, you will work directly with the early team to architect and build the growth engine of XHawk.
What you'll do:
- Scale the GTM Engine: Build high-performance GTM agents
Who You Are
- Polyglot & Versatile: You are comfortable moving between languages (Python, Go and Typescript) and cloud stacks. You pick the right tool for the job.
- AI-Native Builder: You have hands-on experience building with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, OpenCode, Hermes, Gemini, etc) and understand the challenges of context windows and agentic loops.
- Systems Thinker: You understand how to build headless platforms and APIs.
- High Ownership: You thrive in an early-stage, zero-to-one environment. You don't wait for a ticket; you see a problem and solve it.
Bonus Points
- You are comfortable working on 10s of tasks in parallel using Claude or Codex
- You are comfortable building systems that can span clouds and geographies
