About the Role

The client is an AI platform looking for a highly driven and technically strong GTM Engineer to bridge the gap between product, growth, sales, and AI-powered automation. This role is ideal for

someone who combines a strong technical foundation with hands-on experience in building AI agents, automating workflows, and enabling scalable go-to-market (GTM) operations.

You will work closely with founders, product teams, and growth stakeholders to design and deploy AI-driven systems that improve customer acquisition, lead qualification, outreach automation, sales enablement, onboarding, and operational efficiency. This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys solving business problems using AI, automation, and engineering.

Key Responsibilities

● AI Agents & Automation - Design, build, and deploy AI agents for GTM and operational workflows

● Develop intelligent automations for: Lead generation, Prospect qualification, Customer onboarding, Sales workflows, CRM enrichment, Customer support, Internal productivity.

● Build AI-powered workflows using LLMs, APIs, orchestration tools, and automation platforms

● Optimize agent performance, reliability, and scalability

● Go-To-Market Engineering - Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to identify automation opportunities.

● Implement data-driven workflows to improve funnel conversion and operational efficiency.

● Technical Development- Work with APIs, databases, and modern backend/frontend tooling Integrate AI models and external platforms into business workflows, Build internal tools and dashboards to improve GTM visibility and execution, Experiment with emerging AI tooling and rapidly prototype solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong technical/engineering background

- Hands-on experience building AI agents and AI-powered automations

- Experience in GTM, growth engineering, sales engineering, or revenue operations

- Good understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI workflows

- Experience with APIs, integrations, and workflow automation tools

- Ability to translate business problems into scalable technical solutions

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Required Tech:

Python / JavaScript / TypeScript

LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar agentic frameworks

OpenAI APIs, Anthropic APIs, or other LLM platforms

Zapier, Make, n8n, Retool, or similar automation tools

CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce

Vector databases and RAG pipelines

Cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
