The Role
You'll build and optimize the technical infrastructure that fuels our go-to-market campaigns. This isn't about manual list-building - it's about engineering scalable lead generation workflows using AI and automation that consistently deliver high-quality prospect lists.
What You'll Own:
- Design and manage Clay workflows to filter, enrich, and qualify prospect data
- Build AI-powered lead lists that identify high-intent buying signals (funding rounds, hiring patterns, tech changes)
- Architect repeatable Clay table structures and automation sequences for multiple campaigns
- Manage lead list deliverables for 5-8 client campaigns end-to-end
- Implement data validation and quality checks to ensure clean prospect data
- Diagnose underperforming workflows and optimize filtering logic for better targeting
- Document and systematize winning workflow patterns for team replication
- Collaborate with copywriters and strategists by providing clean, qualified prospect segments
- Monitor AI tool performance and recommend tool improvements or alternatives
You're Perfect If You Have:
Must-Haves:
- Proven experience with Clay (workflows, table management, automation)
- Strong familiarity with AI tools and how to leverage them for data processing
- Technical mindset with ability to troubleshoot complex workflows
- Attention to detail and commitment to data quality
- Ability to manage multiple workflows without dropping quality
- Results-obsessed mindset (you measure success by lead list quality and delivery speed)
Bonus Points:
- 1+ years in B2B lead generation or growth operations
- Experience with marketing agencies
- Familiarity with Apollo, Instantly, or similar lead gen platforms
- Basic SQL or data analysis skills
- Experience with Make.com or other no-code automation platforms
- Understanding of B2B sales processes and ICPs

- Lead list quality score: 90%+ deliverability and accuracy
- Workflow delivery turnaround: 48 hours or less
- Clay automation efficiency: Minimize manual touches, maximize data enrichment
- Client KPI achievement: 90% of clients hitting targets monthly
- System scalability: Build reusable workflows that reduce setup time for new campaigns by 40%+
