Job Description

Location: Remote

Duration: 4 Months Internship

Stipend: 12,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated GTM (Go-To-Market) Engineer Intern to support our sales, marketing, and growth operations. This internship is ideal for students, fresh graduates, or early-career professionals interested in startups, automation, AI tools, sales operations, and growth strategy.

The intern will work closely with the growth, sales, and leadership teams to help streamline outbound workflows, manage GTM tools, support lead generation, and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support outbound sales and lead generation activities
  • Research target accounts, companies, and prospects
  • Maintain and update CRM and prospect databases
  • Assist in LinkedIn outreach and email campaign execution
  • Help set up and manage automation workflows using no-code tools
  • Support integration and usage of GTM tools and platforms
  • Prepare basic reports, dashboards, and campaign tracking sheets
  • Assist with market research and competitor analysis
  • Document workflows and operational processes

Skills & Requirements

Educational Qualification

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or related fields

Preferred Skills

  • Basic understanding of sales, marketing, or startup operations
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and online tools
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, Zapier, Make, Notion, Airtable, or similar platforms is a plus
  • Interest in AI tools, automation, and workflow optimization
  • Interest and hands-on experience with Claude Code, Outbound Tools ( LinkedIn and Email Outbound), and writing skills. (Not mandatory, but would be great to have).
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a startup environment

Good to Have

  • Understanding of AI or SaaS or B2B businesses
  • Exposure to automation or no-code tools
  • Basic knowledge of APIs or integrations
