Job Description
About the role
We're hiring a hands-on GTM Engineer to own and run the systems behind our go-to-market engine. You'll build the account data our teams work from, spot buying signals before anyone else, launch the web pages our campaigns depend on, and keep our entire GTM tech stack running smoothly. You'll automate manual work and make sure every team trusts the data in front of it.
What you'll do
- Own and manage CloudNuro's entire GTM tech stack, including tool setup, integrations, access, data flows and evaluating new tools as we grow.
- Pull and build account books for each market and segment, then enrich them with firmographic, technographic and contact data so they're ready to use.
- Set up signal-based workflows that flag accounts showing buying intent, such as hiring AI engineers, adopting new AI tools or visiting our website.
- Launch and update web pages, landing pages and campaign pages quickly, including forms, tracking and CRM connections.
- Own website and campaign tracking, including UTMs, analytics and conversion events.
- Connect tools using automation platforms, APIs and webhooks, and use AI and LLMs to automate data enrichment, research and repetitive tasks.
- Work closely with sales and marketing to understand their manual work and automate it.
What you'll bring
- 1 to 3 years in GTM engineering, marketing operations, RevOps or growth, ideally at a B2B SaaS or technology company.
- Hands-on experience building and enriching account and contact data at scale.
- Experience launching web or landing pages using a website builder or CMS, including forms and tracking will be a plus
- Experience building workflow automations, and comfort with CRMs, APIs and webhooks.
- A problem-solving mindset. You see repetitive work and automate it.
How success is measured
- Quality, coverage and accuracy of account books delivered to the BDR team.
- Speed of launching new web and campaign pages.
- Accuracy of tracking, attribution and CRM data.
- Hours of manual work saved across sales and marketing.
- Reliability and adoption of the GTM tech stack.
