Your Mission
Build and scale a high-impact enablement function that empowers our GTM teams - Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Growth - to perform at their best. As an Enablement Leader, you will define how enablement is designed, delivered, and scaled across the organization.
You will create a structured, centralized enablement ecosystem that supports both PLG and SLG motions, driving consistent execution, faster ramp times, and aligned go-to-market behavior. As the company grows, you will play a key role in shaping a world-class Enablement & Training organization and driving long-term operational excellence.
Your Toolkit
- 7–10 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, or GTM Operations in high-growth B2B SaaS companies
- Proven ability to build and scale enablement functions from 0–1
- Experience designing onboarding programs, training, certifications, and playbooks
- Strong expertise in documenting processes and converting tribal knowledge into scalable content
- Experience supporting both PLG and SLG go-to-market motions
- Ability to define and track success metrics such as ramp time, quota attainment, and productivity
- Hands-on experience with enablement tools and LMS platforms (e.g., TalentLMS)
- Proficiency with HubSpot Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and HubSpot Academy
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and RevOps
