The Opportunity

Within EY's Clients & Industries function, the Demand Generation team is responsible for driving dynamic pipeline growth and customer acquisition. This is achieved through meticulously curated experiences, events, content, and activation strategies tailored to our strategic relationships and channels. Our approach is aligned with EY's brand, market insights, priority initiatives, and client purchasing behaviours.

As a GTM Content Delivery Support Associate, you will contribute to the delivery of impactful go to market content and sustenance of the trusted content collection. You'll work closely with a global team of content professionals to help ensure content requests are fulfilled accurately and on time, while developing your skills in content management, user experience, GenAI and collaborative working.

Key Responsibilities

• Sustain the health and relevancy of EY's trusted collection of go to market content by executing assigned content activities to include:
  • Web publishing, selection and optimization of graphics/imagery as relevant
  • Build and update simple web pages with appropriate templates and instruction
  • Content migration and bulk updates
  • Review and remediation of auto-sanitized deliverables
  • Content update requests (edits, file changes, metadata changes etc) in Adobe CMS/Workfront and SharePoint
  • Application of defined standards and EY visual brand identity to provide a consistent, intuitive user experience
• Use available tools and GenAI to complete assigned tasks and contribute to improvements in quality, usability and consistency
• Communicate effectively with management and colleagues, seeking guidance where necessary to ensure timely fulfilment of requests
• Assist in testing and release activities for content management tools and workflows.

Skills And Attributes

• Interest in EY's go-to-market strategy and how content supports business growth.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and established processes.
• Willingness to learn about user experience and design principles.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, GenAI tools (EYQ skills, Copilot etc), basic knowledge of web production technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JQuery, Python) and willingness to learn EY's content management tools (Adobe CMS, Workfront, SharePoint etc).
• Team-oriented mindset and openness to feedback and collaboration.

What We Look For

• Basic experience in content delivery, publishing, or digital asset management, with a willingness to build deeper expertise
• Curiosity (and ideally prior use) of GenAI, content management systems and their role in content delivery.
• Ability to manage tasks with supervision and contribute to team goals
• Ability to prioritize own work effectively and identify and communicate challenges
• Good coordination and time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
