GTM Associate AI/ML

What You'll Do

• Identify high-impact use cases for GenAI, LLMs, AI agents, RAG, and automation.
• Translate customer needs into technically viable AI solutions.
• Build and support prototypes, demos, and proof-of-concepts.
• Participate in customer discovery and technical solution discussions.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to influence product direction.
• Research emerging AI technologies and opportunities within senior care.
• Help take new solutions from concept to real-world customer adoption.

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree required in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related technical field.
• Degree from a highly regarded engineering/technical institution preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in AI/ML, GenAI, software engineering, or applied AI.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG, GenAI, APIs, and modern AI architectures.
• Hands-on experience with Python and AI/ML frameworks.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Entrepreneurial, curious, and excited by a fast-moving startup environment.
