Job Description

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated GTM and GA4 Specialist to join our dynamic team
  • This role is critical in supporting the implementation of Google Tag Manager (GTM) tagging and troubleshooting Google Analytics 4 (GA4) reporting
  • The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, strategic thinking abilities, and excellent communication skills to support our digital marketing and e-commerce efforts

Responsibilities:

  • GTM Implementation and Management: Set up and manage GTM tags, triggers, and variables. Ensure accurate tracking of user interactions across our digital platforms.
  • GA4 Reporting and Troubleshooting: Develop and maintain GA4 reports to track key metrics. Identify and troubleshoot any issues or discrepancies in data reporting.
  • Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze data from GTM and GA4 to derive insights that inform business and marketing strategies. Provide recommendations to improve site performance and customer experience.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with marketing, development, and data teams to ensure seamless implementation of tagging and tracking solutions. Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
  • Technical Support and Training: Provide technical support to team members on GTM and GA4. Develop and deliver training materials to enhance team capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Math, Computer Science, digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4.
  • Proficient with tools such as Omnibug for GA tracking validations
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce principles.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
