  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets (primary and secondary) for the assigned territory.
  • Monitor daily secondary sales and distributor stock levels to ensure smooth order flow.
  • Support in distributor appointment and manage day-to-day coordination with existing distributors.
  • Increase outlet coverage and expand retail footprint within the territory.
  • Ensure regular availability and visibility of all products across active retail outlets.
  • Identify and develop new counters, sub-dealers, and local market opportunities.
  • Execute merchandising plans and implement trade marketing activities at the outlet level.
  • Provide timely and accurate feedback on competitor schemes, pricing, and retail activation.
  • Build strong relationships with retailers, ISDs, and local influencers to drive brand preference.
  • Resolve trade-level issues promptly and escalate unresolved matters to the Area Manager.
  • Submit daily and weekly reports on sales, beat performance, and market feedback.
  • Ensure strict adherence to company's sales, commercial, and branding policies.
  • Share accurate sales inputs and stock status to support demand planning at the distributor level.
  • Analyze beat-wise sales data to identify gaps, trends, and improvement areas
